Sweeney-Todd 208
Hi All. I used to walk about with a backpack, which was good, but at the same time, could be a pain. Recently trimmed my kit down, and put the basic's in a Bum/shoulder bag. Easy to use, and transport. Here it is, and also what I carry, this may be of use to a newbie? Things like permission slip's and insurance are carried on my person. Top Row. Polly bag for game. Small 1st aid kit. Cam to break up rifle outline. Clear view mesh screen. Mobile phone. Poncho. Middle Row. Skinng knife. Bum/Shoulder Bag. Laser Range Finder. Skill Knife. Camera. Bottom Row. Rifle Magazine Range Zero Cards. Map Pin's. Pellets. Old Penknife. Also carry 20 mts of Para Cord. Bill. Quote Link to post

mooney1 120
when out in the field, i like to hunt as light as possible and only carry a backpack when Im carrying decoys. other than that my normal requierments when out in the field are: rifle(obviously) pellet pouch with pellets folding pocket knife(opinel knife) sportsmans cloth mobile phone and a range finder all of these items fit nicely into my pockets of my jacket and trouser pocket instead of the needs of carrying a backpack.
